The definition of holistic" refers to the integration of body, mind, and spirit. A Holistic Wellness Consultant uses a variety of modalities to strive to bring balance to all these aspects of the human body. The focus is on setting up wellness goals for yourself ~ specifically health and lifestyle ~ and how to achieve a higher level of well-being. Your body and mind are treated as a whole. You are taught how to create an internal and an external environment that encourages good overall health, enabling you to make your own choices.
When a body is deficient in certain nutrients or has become overloaded with toxins, physical and emotional symptoms begin to appear. This is the body's way of telling us that a change needs to happen and balance needs to be restored. A Holistic Consultant addresses these deficiencies, as well as how to heal them with whole foods, natural supplements, and other positive lifestyle changes. Since people do not have the same body chemistry and life demands, the approach to each person is unique.

Reiki is an incredibly amazing energy healing modality, which is a unique discipline that has been used throughout the world for many years and is one of the most ancient healing techniques you can use to keep your body in a balanced and healthy state. The particular form of Reiki utilized by me is Usui Reiki, which originated in Japan. It is truly an incredibly simple, yet incredibly powerful system of energy healing, which I gladly offer to people, as well as animals.

Oracle cards are an ancient divination system based upon magnetic resonance. There are many types of Oracle and Tarot cards. I personally use about two dozen different decks of cards using my intuition, inspiration, and guidance from Spirit and the Angels. Although you may think the use of Oracle cards for divination is relatively new, it might surprise you to learn that they have been in existence for over 200 years.
