Ginger Pear Green Smoothie





What You Need:

• 2 cups almond milk (or other preferred plant milk)
• 2 cups spinach
• 1 ripe pear
• 1 drop Lemon essential oil
• 1 drop Ginger essential oil
• 1 drop Cardamom essential oil
• 2 tablespoons flax seed, optional


What You Do:

Combine and blend in blender until smooth! Serves 2.
