The purity of essential oils is vital to not only their effectiveness but their safety as well. Essential oils are rich in molecules that help carry oxygen, nutrients, and other substances through the cell membranes. 1. Is it free to sign up for this program?  Yes

2. What are the requirements?  You must spend 50 PV per month. PV = Point Value. For almost all of the YLEOs $1=1PV. For other YL product the PV may be a bit less.

3. Can I change my order every month, or do I have to order the same thing?  You can change the products in your ER shopping cart each month and you can even adjust the shipping day as needed.

4. What are the benefits of the ER program?  Points: For every month you are enrolled in ER you earn PV or points to redeem for free YLEOs. Months 1-6 earns you 10%, months 7-12 earns you 15% and month 13+ earns you 20%. For example, if you are new to ER and spend 100PV you will get 10PV points added to your "ER bank".

Shipping: Flat-rate shipping up to 5lbs, the reduced rate shipping for each lb thereafter.

Priority: Essential Rewards members receive priority on low stock products.

5. How do I know how many points I have accumulated?  You can call Young Living, or when you log into your Virtual Office your ER points are highlighted in a colorful box marked 'Essential Rewards Points Balance'.

6. How can I redeem my ER points?  To redeem your points, call Young Living, use the Live Chat feature (current VO), or redeem them online with the new Virtual Office.

7. Is there a max as to how many points I can redeem?  Yes, you may use up to 350 points at one time and no more than 350 points per month.

8. What if I want to cancel at any point?  You can cancel at any time, but we encourage you to redeem your points first. If you cancel before you redeem your points, you will lose what you have accumulated. 

9. Is this program required in order to be a Young Living Wholesale Member? No! It is just a fantastic option for those that want to earn free essential oils and other YL products.
